Well said. With that I am still very open to various settlement options. If he can still mail, then I'm willing to take the equivalent amount owing in joins from one of my sponsors. If he can cross-sell or provide exit traffic, the same. I've even offered a 6 month payment term whereby the original contract only required 30 days notice to cancellation.
He's made the effort to email me but I have yet to see a single penny or how/when he intends to repay (or what he spent the cash on for that matter). Until he makes a valiant effort to repay, I'll be very dissatisfied. Not to mention it's been over 45 days since I offered the 6 month payment settlement and he's disregarded it. I do believe I have made very reasonable efforts to settle this debt by offering installment terms or alternative payment methods other than cash but to be ignored as though I'll forget the debt is something I will not do.
