If you took the time to learn what angelsforchristmas was you would of known it has been around for an extremly long time. And guess who runs this charity? AN ADULT WEBMASTER! Guess who are the people who fund this charity? ADULT WEBMASTERS! No one else ... we dont wire them money nor do we send them money. Webmasters are able to adopt familys who are not able to afford a christmas and we buy them gifts for there family. I have taken 350$ of my own money and I dont make much money and I have gotten lots of gift for the family I have adopted and i'm still not done shopping. The people I'm getting the stuff for have no clue what I do for a living and they dont know.

How is it wrong to raise money for a charity? Just because we are adult webmasters? YOu really must think low of the industry you are in ....

... there is nothing wrong with raising money for kids ... it's the obvious combination of kids&porn that I dislike. I am missing some style here, like privatly taking it out of your earnings at the end of the year without telling the whole web.

... this event looks more like a porn marketing type of thing to me and somehow I don't like that.

Yes, I buy local charity raffle tickets, bid in silent auctions, donate to nonprofits, and sometimes help people with a few bucks using my porn money but bidding on a porn movie for charity really stretches the meaning of giving, in my opinion.

If you cannot afford to give silently, why auction off a porn video in the name of charity especially one involving children. And, on a business note, would the winner get a receipt that they could write it off on their taxes?

If a receipt would make the winner happy then I'd be more than willing to give them one. I have provided very well for the family I adopted but there is still 30+ kids that still have yet to be taken care of. I was able to afford to give ' silently ' this is just something extra to raise money. This is what we do for a living. PORN. If you think giving money to charitys with porn money is bad then that is your thing but we are doing ours.
