What WE *know*:
The guy is a self-proclaimed newbie. He said he made a site 2 months ago and has done nothing with it, only to find that now he magically has 60k PER DAY in SE traffic off some *mysterious* keyword.
Sorry.... this is utter nonsense.
The Facts:
#1. Nobody that admittedly knows shinola about web dev, just puts a site out and wakes up 2 months later with 60K a day in SE traffic.
#2. If he's lying about being NEW, and actually DID manage to build a site capable of generating that much SE traffic PER DAY, somehow still, without ever touching the thing after its creation 2 months ago.... he certainly does not need to come and ask how much it is worth.
#3. If you are actually buying into this, I have a very large bridge here in San Francisco that I would also like to have you appraise for me.
