Yes, he was pissed his chargebacks were too high. If they wanna experiment with how easy it is to charge back they need to do it to their own sites.

On top of that, even if his idea made any kind of fucking sense he charged back phone sex calls? He's fucking not only the site owner but also their employees providing a service.

I hope some of you drop a suit on his stupid ass and use his upcoming website as evidence that he is a thief.

I have no idea, but going around and around with him just gave me a big headache. Over there, they are just full of lies...every single person that I spoke with.

I will say that Donnie/Dustin (suppose to be his real name) DID offer to pay for the charges as of yesterday yet when I called him back with the bank on the phone to verify the charge backs, he said "I don't have time for this shit" so I said fuck you and hung up. He then sent me this e-mail.

I will get a check sent to you tommorrow for $350.00. That should cover the $160 in charged back transactions plus the fees. Let me know if there are more and I will get this taken care of as well. Sorry for this trouble. I was mainly frustrated today because I'm very upset that I have to deal with his issues/he risked MY company's reputation for something so ridiculous. I hope you understand.

It does suck. 729.99 may not me a TON of money, and the extra 300.00 included in that amount that comes out of my personal pocket isn't even THAT bad...but taking money back from my contractors is what really sucks. Lots of single mom's that I will have to take money back from, until and I WILL recover it from him is what makes it worse.

Also where he says he wont charge back if I don't call anymore of his family, and a bunch of other stupid crap. I'm sure I could just have my attorney supeona the AOL account information and send that along to the bank with the toll free phone bills, with TWO different numbers of his, I wont have a problem getting the money AND attorney fees. But of course, her misquoting me is pretty much the only thing that gave her any sort of credibility with this thread (since she had the creativity to conjure things up, I mean), so I don't blame her grasping for straws. Some people have too much time on their hands to dwell on others. I can only assume it's because her business isn't as profitable and she's jealous, or needs something in her life to fill a void of uselessness. So, anyway, Mr. Banks basically does administrative tasks. So, to set the record straight I run my business, and do it very effectively, I can say, considering how much it grossed last year.

Next, me endorsing chargebackporn.com is a complete lie. When she told me her version of the story, I naturally didn't fly off the handle because I, in contrast to this woman, am capable of handling things in a professional manner. My reaction when she told me was one of contemplative surprise. Maybe she expects everyone to be irrate and irrational as her? So, this woman posts false accusations on GFY about me because she is mad that I spoke rudely to her. I even was apologetic/nice in an email to her afterwards, which she posted on here. I am not quite sure how I am going to handle this but I just thought I would set everything straight on here. I'm not going to waste one more keystroke dealing with this on GFY, though... as I said at first, it's a load of crap.. the issue has nothing to do with me, and I got dragged into it just for trying to be nice and offer this woman compensation for something that wasn't even my responsibility.... so much for being nice to people.

You DID tell me via phone that Wade was too important for you to fire him the day AFTER you told me he would "most likely" be terminated which is WHY I did not take you up on your offer. First of all, this is AFTER you originally offered to pay, AFTER I found out Wade was still working there, so of course I was going to take you up on it. YOU told ME to call you back with the exact amount of the charge backs. Since I don't have the charge backs in hand I called Wade's bank to find out how many were charged back so I could give you the correct amount of the charges plus fees. The bank would not give this information WITHOUT Wade on the phone to verify some things, therefore I called you WITH bank on the phone. In this conversation Wade refused to verify the information and YOU said you don't have time for this shit, which is when I said fuck you and hung up. Little did Matty know, I had already done a whois, so his ridiculous lie that Wade was a customer of their website who charged back, backfired in his face (since WADE himself is the one listed in the whois). When I said "Oh this is a customer of yours"? He said YES! I then asked WHY is he in your whois then? He tried hard to make excuses, however they were just too pathetic.
