    Recommend a 1touch HD back up

    Anybody can recommend a 1 Touch HD back up.
    With all these damn spyware stuff, I'm getting nervous.
    I have a 100GB HD to back up by the way

                      Maxtor external drives have a one-touch back up feature but I don't use it because I use the drives for editing & video storage.
