can you be a little more specific?

number one, lose the java applet. it's useless, a waste of resources and an eye-sore.
number two, lose the flash menu, for the same reasons as the applet.
number three, change your colours. the background is a horrid colour.
number four, don't bother pushing tshirthell on a adult website. there are many better ways to make more money.

I agree with the above comments and would add that you should focus on the content more than the buttons or java script stuff. Also, if you are selling the idea of Group sex, then make that the first thing people see when they get on your splash or warning page. All I see is that one solitary chick and if I was a surfer I would not be too impressed at all...Also you links on your link page do not work due to http ref coding errors. As well as, I would get rid of the title image and just use a text heading instead. And don't say your site is "the internet's finest collection of group erotica" when it clearly isn't (no offense). Also, there are no key words on your site for SEO. How do you plan on sending traffic to your site? Plus you should check your site for grammatical errors, of which I found a few. AND don't ask surfers to send you feedback on how you are doing. You should be confident that the site they are on is "just fine thank you". WHat I use to do when I first started out was to do a ton of surfing on the major link lists to see what was working for those guys. I would always check out the first 20 submissions sicne they usually represent the best galleries or at least paids for submissions. And while I wouldn't copy them text for text, I would try and design my sites that came close...until I found my own way of successfully submitting and converting.

All that being said, I liked the way you link to Hawgscash...I almost clicked there myself...

Thanks. This is the kind of stuff I was looking for. I'm pitching the way I designed that site, and I'm coming up with another site design altogether. I was experimenting with some different design methods. I was trying to figure out why I had a bad gut feeling about the site, but then kept getting the "Hey, that's cool!" kind of feedback.

Glad to hear that you are considering redesigning the site. I don't know who was telling you that it looked good, but I guess each of us has our own way of looking at things and what may look like crap to some, might look great to others. Unless you really feel strongly about a site look, it's always nice to get a number of opinions. Good luck. Change the background asap

Hey There. Good go at a site, but there's some things you gotta know about site design....let me give you a couple of tips.

1) Speed it up!!! ESPECIALLY with pornographic sites, they have to be fast or people leave. (means get rid of your scripts and anything that takes awhile to load)

2) Basic Dreamweaver Flash. Dude, don't use it. Be ORIGINAL that's why people are paying for your site, right? Make your own flash, make your own site, if you don't have ideas, then look around and pick and choose what you like to make it. Look at our last one we did, http://www.pacificsluts.com

3) Most people make the mistake of showing too much on their "tour". From what I saw you did the opposite. Your JOB is to get a rise out of your customer BEFORE they buy. But don't give them enough to finish the job! That's when the credit cards come into play!!!

I have read the entire feedback coloum, went a took a piss, got me a beer and registered to post here and your site is still trying to load everything. (I have broad band). If this is your first attemt at a web site, I would have to say it's not bad. On the other hand, if you are a veteran, I agree with the work at McDonalds thing. If you are going to use java use it to your advantage. I have had the shit flamed out of me when I first started building for that dumb shit. And it is a very ugly ass site...change the colors and put up a pic with three people in it instead of 5 or change your name to Streamy5somes. Keep on Building Man and take the feedback from this post positive. You ask for it!
