    epassporte, stormpay, etc

    Yes, another 'alternative to paypal' thread...

    First of all - Am I right in understanding that you can only use Visa with epassporte? EG, no mastercard?

    Second - as I recall, you can't put amounts less than 50 bucks on epassporte, right?

    Dont' get me wrong, from my limited experience, epassporte has been fine. But the 50 bucks or up only is a problem for my current project.

    Anyone have an experience with stormpay? Good, bad, indifferent?

                              they require hard copies of address and ID verification to raise buy/recieve lmits over $200 per month so its supposed to cut down on fraud and chargebacks
