    Dear Insomniacs, why is it...

Why is it that when I try to correct my whacked out sleeping schedule by staying up for 24 hours, I can only get 4 hours of sleep even though when I go to bed I'm DEAD TIRED.

so now I can only stay up for half the day and be right back where I started.

    This whole insomnia thing sucks.

get tylenol's 'simply sleep'. if you can get over the whole experience of flying around the room but staying in one spot, it works pretty well.

same prob here... Im on a 24 hour day right now... and its becasue your internal clock is fucked up.... If you keep switching it it starts to get confused and one day of staying awake will not fix it. You have to slowly shift it back to its original pisition.... only to realize you'vemissed its orgintal position and start the whiole process over again....

Fuck! Its my only major problem with self employment.

        Amen

If its made by tylenol i would need about a million of them to feel anything.

Those oxycodone work well , but you need like 5 of them. Better to go with a cocktail 3 oxy 2 lorazepam and 3 alprazolam.
