My daughter could be a pest, yet someone tries to lay a hand on her - he can just as well assume that this bitch is gonna hurt him.
If someone lays a hand on her in a sexual or delighted way in any shape or form - he better give himself his last rites cuz he'll be dead - no judge, no jury, no assraping in jail - nobody will touch my child and wait for a panel of people who really don't want to be there judging him for his split second of pleasure while my child suffers for a lifetime.

In order for a grown man to tap a three year old girl on the rear, he would have to bend WAY down or be kneeling to reach her, since three year olds are pretty darn short. I'm only 5'5" and 3 year olds heads come up to my hands when I'm standing, so a 6'0" guy would have to bend way over.
