Well, I'm not going to get into the middle of this but I do have a couple of comments to make.
First, the ex-employee. I know for a FACT that she did not give jimmy3way those screen shots. I know this because before the company was revealed I talked to jimmy about the whole thing in icq. He categorically confirmed that Tam had nothing to do with what he had in his possession, and I have icq logs to prove it.
Next, the ex-employee. I've known Tam for YEARS. Done business with her. Been her friend. Talked to her about alot of things over these years. I've also talked to her about her departure from PIB, since it happened and even before. She did not, would not, and has no plans to expose any of her former employers confidential information. Period. Once again I've got icq logs to prove that.
ANYONE who makes implied allegations that she had something to do with this is either stupid or lying or both.
I'm amazed that someone from PIB thought it was a good idea to air more of their own dirty laundry in public over these allegations. Just fucking amazed.Comment

You can be tried as accesory to fraud you know that right? I have researched this with many knowledgable webmasters and even 2 lawyers today. I can easy have you both extradited to canada on fraud and embezlement charges and it would NOT cost me a thing since it is a group of webmasters living in canada that have been stolen from as well, it becomes a federal supported case (to put it in laymens terms). Do the right thing guys. Pay up what is owed to webmasters. We all know your boss' track record and near million he has squandered from various webmasters and previous programs and bussiness relations in just this past short while.

After several weeks everything came to a head and a decision was forced upon rconn, one that he did not want to have to
make, but did. He took control of the company and fired this employee on or about Oct 5th, 2003. The "war" including a
number of alleged threats has raged on since this point to where we are now, on the public forums explaining all of the
past employee issues. I am trying to stay professional here and would really love to "tell it like it was" but will
refrain.
6) We moved the sites to a new host last month and in the process did loose some databases.(This can be verified by the
new host)
7) As a long time webmaster I do not believe in shaving my fellow webmasters and if I had seen any signs of this I would
have quit at that point.
8) Dec 8th 2003 I was asked to take over all control of PibCash. I think it could be a great program again and although I
have had alot of say in the past month or two I will now be in control of all daily actions and will assume responsibility
for my decisions. Rconn has promised to stay hands off.
9) I have been at most shows for the past couple of years alot of you know me and know you can trust me.
10) I will not hide; I have nothing to hide from. I will be in Vegas and most other shows this year.
11) My first effort to gain trust with any and all of you is, that I have hired the porn posse, they are installing
"ClickTruth" to do audits and will do continuing audits for all of our sites. This is a permanent solution not temporary.
12) I have let several webmasters in our administration area already including Edge of porn posse and they have seen the
same thing I see daily. I will allow him and other trusted people access to the administration area at any time. I will
never ever have anything to hide from anyone.
13) All past sales are there, clicks where lost in the server move.
I have not seen any signs of wrong doing here at PibCash and can only talk about what I have seen. Rconn is a good person
and has just put alot of trust in the wrong places. I will be working hard to never let that happen here again.

This lady was a hard worker and did alot for their company, made their chat board busy and since she left its a ghost town.
I dont know what the real story is, but I really liked Tam and couldnt see her doing anything as nasty as changing stats or doing anything that was accused here.

If you are Mr. Honest then can you please explain the fact that you continued to receive automatic deposit payments from Topbucks for weeks after your departure from that company? An honest person would have informed them of there error instead of bragging about it and pocketing the money.

I AM NOT DEFENDING PIB, but the "brought in" amount is how much the surfer paid (ie. trial plus conversion = $39.87) they paid out a flat $35.00 so the difference was $4.87Originally posted by Evil1
