    Disappearing Signups

    I was checking yesterdays stats and noticed that a signup that showed up in statsremote did not appear on the sponsors page. That made me suspicious so I made screenshots to see if the signup shown in statsremote would remain...

    Now a few hours later i check yesterdays stats again and guess whats gone.

    It's a rather big and known revshare program.

    I am waiting to hear from JB regarding possible software glitches that could result that.

    I love when that happens.

                              this sadly has nothing to do with statsremote
                              been checking the stats again on the sponsors page and now the SU is there again

                              Got 2 screenshots now:
                              One showing nothing for yesterdays stats (generated today 00:17:33am)
                              One showing the trial signups for yesterdays stats (generated today 02:26:39am)

                              wonder why this is possible.

                                      I doubt this is connected to shaving as I don't think sponsors that shave would first display the signup and then remove it.

                                      There might be many reasons for something like this.

                                      - Temporary database/stats problems of the sponsor
                                      - A temporary error on the stats page which caused StatsRemote to read and display wrong numbers
                                      etc...

                                      As the signup is there again I guess it was a temporary database/stats problem of the sponsor in this case.
