Well he did say niche se traffic , so im assuming some good keywords, i would put it at $300-$1000 Higher if you have good niche-good adsComment

it depends on the terms your are found under, and where you collect those 30k from - many bottom-of-page1-or-somewhere-page2 listings or fewer top 3 listings. 30k with fewer top3 listings is better imho, but then again, that depends tooComment
