    if you were in my shoes what would you do... (a site)

    built a site, have it all ready to go (www.malesuccess.com) someone offered me 5k for it (who obviously has $ and traffic). i dont have much traffic experience. so, should i take $... or, try to make $ from it myself.

    i know the logical idea would be to try and profit from myself, but i wonder how difficult / how long it'd take to do that, on average.. of course, if ya get lucky with a big affiliate it wouldn't take long but what is the likeliness of that (and im not accepting spammers).

    ideas?

                              Damn. That's a very sharp looking site. A lot of money to be made with that concept, but you need traffic. Before selling, I would talk to a few people about traffic deals. See if you can pick up an affiliate or two that can send good numbers.

                                  I wouldnt think twice about selling it...
                                  SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

                                              It's a good idea and nice looking site. If you don't need the money buy traffic for it and give it a go. Any kind of traffic would probably do good with that site.

                                                  Take the money and if you want to run a site just like it, build another. Shouldn't be too difficult to do unless you have some sort of no compete clause in your agreement.
