He's lost, he is talking about using the "Print Screen" method Windows Media Player method. ie: to do that you need to set right click on your desktop, select properties, then settings, then click the advanced button, then click the trobleshoot tab, then slide the hardware acceleration bar to none. Then you will not get a black screen when doing a print screen of the windows media player.
