Lol, I always use that no spam tag so that people can easily identify my emails.

Yes it is, everyone seems to use it. I've always had problems with missed messages and major lag inbetween sending messages, so I dont bother with it anymore. As far as instant messaging services go, I prefer AIM, although I dont use that much either.
