um.. it doesn't matter who's lying or how much if one sponsor is paying more per hit than another... thats the whole point. You CAN compare regardless of whether they're both lying or both saints.. numbers don't lie even if sponsors do.

If I went and spent 40 hours in workplace A and they paid me and they paid me only 90% of the agreed upon salary vs workplace B who only paid me 80% of the agreed upon salary....who should I work for?
NEITHER!
Why?
Because it's fucking illegal and they'll both be blasted by government agencies, fined heavily and possibly face criminal charges.

I in no way support PIB, in fact i think shaving like this is deplorable and just plain wrong.
But.. I have a couple questions.
1) Who hacked their webmaster admin? Isnt that a computer crime?
2) Shaving would not likely be a rico violation or a criminal act of any kind. It would more than likely be breech of contract.
Now, that said.. if it's true that pibcash shaved...

Sorry but you are wrong.
Fraud is a crime. To conspire to commit fraud is a crime.
To conspire means to involve more than 1 person so it fits within the rico definitions.
http://www.ricoact.com/
In the 1980's, however, civil lawyers noticed section 1964(c) of the RICO Act, which allows civil claims to be brought by any person injured in their business or property by reason of a RICO violation. Any person who succeeded in establishing a civil RICO claim would automatically receive judgment in the amount of three times their actual damages and would be awarded their costs and attorneys' fees. The financial windfall available under RICO inspired the creativity of lawyers across the nation, and by the late 1980's, RICO was a (if not the most) commonly asserted claim in federal court. Everyone was trying to depict civil claims, such as common law fraud, product defect, and breach of contract as criminal wrongdoing, which would in turn enable the filing of a civil RICO actionFor rent - ICQ 127-027-910

Another one busted... I'm pretty sure just about any sponsor shaves.. Basically every affiliate script has a built-in shave function, and in a highly competitive market, why wouldn't they use it?
This is fucked, we need to expose more shavers.. only then sponsors will get the message and become legit, it's the only wayComment

I've heard about this for a few days now, and I know a good group of you guys on here knew too, which brings me to the point that they probly found out and had some prep time to take action about this issue. The sad thing is that it looks like there gonna run, plently of time to respond now, deleted posts on there board, and a lot of time for them to think about whats gonna happen when someone got the balls to post the proof.ICQ: 8218548Comment

Fraud is fraud no matter how you cut it.
what you want and reality are to totally seperate issues.
in your workplace analogy is flawed because you actually know the %'s.
How often does evidence like this come out?
once in a frikkin blue moon.
It doesn't matter how utopian we'd like the industry to be. It just isn't honest. Rant and rave all we want nothing is going to change.
So what can you do? NOTHING.
Does it suck? YES.
Whats the best way to get what your traffic is worth and closer to 100%?
TRACK EVERY CLICK YOU SEND OUT TO A SPONSOR, DIVIDE THE CHEQUE BY THE CLICKS AND SHAZZAM HIGHEST WINS.
case closed.
it's like doing a week in fifty of your hypothetical workplaces not knowing what the %'s are, looking back and choosing the one who paid you the highest wage.
does it let you know who's honest? NO. But thats impossible to know regardless.
The point is that for all intents and purposes you never know who is shaving you, and rather than stamping around saying how bad it is that it occurs and how it's fraud, which achieves nothing, you take action to ensure that you are minimising any losses which is about the only thing you have in your power to do.Comment

Equinox, the funny thing is that I was double checking in my emails for any pibcash and all and found the domain mentioned on RudeBitch's emails - I think its Tam and I read her threads all the time and find her to be a RudeBitch 'n all :-) but she seems like a nice girl just that she either finds bad luck or the damn thing keeps following her.Originally posted by Equinox

My opinion is this. Once the federal government gets wind of what is going on in this business that will be their next direction to attack in.
If they can't get you on "obscenity," then they'll get you on fraud. The angle of attack will take an organized crime approach, in that there is a "conspiracy" to defraud webmasters.
