Rick, no I do not run any affiliate programs yet, nor do I have plans for any adult membership affiliate programs.
I think what the industry did a while ago was a very good move, getting an independent company to verify some of the results.
There were 2 problems with the test, 1 I believe the sponsor was notified when he was being checked allowing them to disable their shaving %, and secondly from what I have learned that test wasn't completely independent (meaning an adult company had a stake in the testing company.)
In either case, I still stick to my original comment, but I'd like to add that not 100% of sponsor's shave, there are small startups that do not have the technical skills to implement shaving functions and thus have not done so.
My strong feeling is there's not that much wrong with shaving, it's similar to the lemon law, if your car breaks 3 times for the same reason, you get a new one, does anyone uphold this law? No.
Same here, you send 3 signups, yet someone else sent 3,000 and 100 were charged back cuz they were fake. The sponsor needs to recover to continue producing cash to send you guys ( give customer a new car ) so occasionally they will shave and occasionally they will pay ;)
What does all this come down to? An independent company should be able to offer its services by streamlining and sitting middlemen verifying adult affiliate sponsor stats and allowing a quick and easy resolution to any complaints.

Take a look at it from the sponsor's perspective, they have 10,000 signups / day. They can easily discount it to 9,900 signups per day, saving themselves 100 x $25 = $2,500 and when you break it down: that's 1% so if you sent 100 that day you'd be counted for 99, resulting in a net loss of $25 to the webmaster.
Now times that by *30 = you get $600 lost for the webmaster and 60,000$!!!!!! saved to the affiliate. With those kind of numbers would you do it?ICQ: 4930562

I'd start ww.Dollars.com a new B2B exchange that plugs the Sponsors into a banner management system much like www.cj.com has done with the mainstream industry.
Then I'd make the Sponsors setup new company codes with Epoch and the other processors and give me access to their data dumps so I can assure the webmasters that they are in fact not being shaved.
I'd finish it off with some new fangled technology that could show people once and for all what their revenue earned per 1000 banner impressions was so they would stop judging their traffic on their value per click which is a variable and not a constant.

I have in, my hot little hands, proof of shaving, many screen shots of a concerted effort by a sponsor to miscount their webmaster's traffic and underpay them for traffic delivered. I have had this for a while, but only tonite did I decide to do something with it.
I have screen shots of all my own stats, unaltered, all my internal stats and screen shots of the webmaster area of this program as well as many people who will back me up.
The contest is this: I have let the program owner know that I am in possession of this info and have given them a choice: pay the difference or I expose them. BUT I think it's only fair to give GFY the same offer. If you guys step up and pay the difference I will expose them anyway and refuse the money.
The difference varies, but the shaving was deep, SO in the spirit of of Christmas I have decided to settle for bartering. Whoever gets me something off my Christmas list first will get the info. In public or in private.

I remember long time ago when these stats packages came out right on their website they had shave option showing as a selling feature to companies looking to buy their stats.
