The insurance company has paid since she was a full-time student but is suing the owner of the web site for the medical costs plus attorney fees and the family is not seeking any compensation.

Out of curiousity have you ever had one of the girls come back and demand pictures be removed or anything of that nature where alcohol was visible in the shoots? No doubt your lawyer can give more sound advice than I can, but it just seems that they would have an argument, even if they lost in the end, which would end up costing you money to fight in court.

I have to agree, there are some serious legal issues that need to be covered here. One contract law is the heart of all content producers. Wait till a model sues for using her likeness and image for profit. They tend to do that when they make $300 and you make $20,000 off of them getting dirty. You have to cover your ass even more in some of the "Bible belt" states, they tend to be less understanding then California Courts.

All that model has to assert to a court is that she was drunk at the bar when she was approached and continued to consume the booze that was provided in the hotel room. And could not understand the terms of the contract she entered into, making it void.
I find it hard to belive an attorney "approved" the context of this shoot just from a contract stand point.
