BUT,

IF the premise of this content session is that the models could possibly be inebriated you have just voided your model releases should a disgruntled performer wish to challenge you.

And, it appears that the original poster may be connected with producing the content, giving legitimacy to the idea that the models ARE inebriated.

well OK then, if your "lawyer" approved the tagline for these images along the lines of "crazy drunken bitches" and says having images of commercial liquor packaging in the pix is OK then you can rest easy

but I will tell you this.

This past year a major, well-known content producer in So. California brokered some content to me (and presumably other webmasters) which included a 2 girl scene where there were wine bottles on the night stand.

The girl's defense was that she was not of sound mind when she executed the model agreement. An attorney was involved.

Certainly this was bullshit.

But, to make long story short, many webmasters had to remove the content, redo pages, and the content provider had to provide substitute content.

Luckily, it was not the end of the world, but it did waste plenty of webmaster time and money.

I'm not denigrating your product, it's great, just relaying some facts.

Sometimes just working smart can make you $.

Closing the loopholes, running a tight ship, etc.

This sort of content is problematic. The first corn farmer who sees his daughter with a wine bottle in her ass and be in a bad mood will figure out a way to challenge you. The liquor angle will be his best approach.
