Although I think you are really hurting yourself by not promoting more niche areas, there is plenty of money to be made from teens and lesbians and straight hardcore sex.
I get about 2-3% click-through rate and do about 1:500 avg or better on pure tgp traffic, and I'm just learning the biz myself.
If you are willing, show us:
1)an example of your best gallery
2)your top 3 sponsors
3)your hosting company and what they charge
4)your source of content
5)your daily tasks to make money
I guarantee that if you nail down those 5 things you'll make some money.
