                                  It's *not* legal in a bag. lol The drinking age WAS dropped to 18, guess what? Your parents blew it (graduating yrs 77-82 or so). Talk to them.

                                  Why is it illegal for open containers? Has to do with public intox I believe. And the fact that someone as a parent doesn't want their kids exposed. It's their right. lol

                                  Last time I saw a COPS rerun from Vegas, they had a guy with a can of beer, he *thought* it was legal... all the way to the cell. ;-)p
