Thanks guys for your replies.... yea sometimes you dont always get the best most high quality models. the funny part is that some of those girls work more than the super good looking ones. I am always suprised at that myself. I guess some people have different tastes when it comes to them.

Oh and did I mention Im not a web designer lol Im fairly new at it so I dont mind the input. Im a photographer first and all the other stuff after that. I only got into managing models because of the problems dealing with others that were doing it. They all act like they own the girls and have been nothing but a pain in the ass to work with. Even one that I wont mention his name but he is here in Vegas. The site has only been up for about a month and a half and word has spread pretty quickly. Girls are finding out about it really quickly and Im getting e mails for them to be on there. I turn down a good 75% of them though due to shitty pics and just not even being the quality that people want to work with.

oh yea and the CZ women? fine as hell.... wish I could get girls to work for the rates that they work for. to them they are earning a fortune in their country. compared to the normal income that others are making they are. if people threw the equivlant amount of money to the models here you would have so many beautiful models to choose from that it woulnt even be funny.

not so sure about that - let's say we paid the equivalent of what they pay in Eastern Europe - like $2,000-3,000 per hardcore scene - not so sure you'd get that many more beautiful American girls doing it. A few would but in reality the girls recruited into the biz are promised they can make some big money and some do but there still aren't all that many beautiful chicks who want to do hardcore porn. This whole idea that Jenna Jameson has inspired a generation of pretty girls across America to dream of becoming pornstars is a myth.

Czech girls aren't paid as poorly as people think - tho I have no idea if the girls get paid that money or some unsavory 'agent' takes most of it.

yea the Czech girls work for dirt cheap compared to what I can get a similar girl to work for a buddy of mine just got back from there and was shooting some hot hot hot girls with full on bg scenes for around 300 dollars a piece. He couldnt line them up fast enough.. They showed up on time and did all the things that needed to be done with no probs what so ever....... wish that was the case here. I have tons of beautiful women that I could convert if I could get the equivelant of about 2000 to 3000 per scene....

You are right, the rates here are only slightly lower than in the US. In our case our agency charges the standard 20% and the customer pays directly to the model always.

Well I discovered the site by someone pointing it out to me...... I dont hang around and talk porn all day Im too busy shooting and trying to do other things. Im fairly new in the Porn game and fairly new at sites. I have been a photographer for over 13 years full time and have started doing adult work along with my mainstream work...... so bare with me everybody starts somewhere

yes, some are making already for long times now big money. Ppl are most often still thinking that the former east-european countries, like e.g. Czech Rep., Slovakia and Hungary, are still 'behind the moon' ;)
This is maybe partly true - but for sure, come to Prague, Bratislava or Budapest and you will be surprised !

You will see lots of Ferrari, big Mercedes 600 and so on, drive to the outskirts of every city, or to the prominent neighborhoods - the villas are Hollywood-compliant !
So the gap between the top-rich and the 'middle-class' (not to mention the poor) is rapidly growing.
And lots of girls want to make fast money here, that's right.
And lots of girls are looking really delicious, for a certain time

But, most of them are already well informed, what is paid in this biz.
For really 'cheap', and this is relative, you have to go to Russia and Romania - but its not everyone's desire.

But most ppl come here to Prague because of its flair, of the 'typical' look of the girls and to party (and work)
And most of them will have a great time

Thanks no angel yea I guess thats how a country is when it discovers free trade and the ability to be your own business person instead of the communist country that it was. Almost all the girls I have seen from the Czech or Hungarian areas are smoking I cant say I have met too many ugly ones from there. wish I had the money to get out there and shoot for about a month or so for some content. Oh well guess I gotta do whats in my budget for now.

I guess from going through the links I see many many people on here fighting in here I never knew that so many people in the same business would be so hostile with each other. Personally I dont care what someone does on their own time wrether its models or producers and I dont care whos fucking who or who gave who blowjobs for free or got over charged. I personally dont care about most peoples squabbling. Im just here to do some business and introduce myself and my models. Im not high strung or out to make a million dollars in the business doing porn stuff is only a portion of my work. If any body wants to book any of the models I have I would be glad to send them to you as long as your a legit person and not going to rip off the girls. Other than that they all know what they are in the business for. If anybody is going to be in Vegas shooting I would be glad to send some of the girls to go work with you.
