$600 - Roommate needed to share 3/2 home.Hey everyone...looking for a roommate to share cute house. I'd prefer a stable female who enjoys getting to know new people (but have lived with guys before- even though you all are filthy...gotta love ya), not too much drama, someone who's laid back, pays your bills on time and likes doggies. You'd practically have the place to yourself as I travel for work at least 2 weeks out of the month. Don't worry, my pup goes to a friend's when I'm away so you don't have to babysit (we've got joint custody, he he). I'm close to everything: just 3 blocks east of Mopac and 2 minutes to Central Market. The main bedrooms are huge, approximately 450 sq. ft each, and you'd have your own bath and private entrance. I can furnish the room or not, up to you. I also have a 3rd room to share which currently is a study/laundry room with High-speed Internet and standing washer-dryer. Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and overlooks an awesome covered patio. No home phone, use my cell since I travel anyway, but we could get one if no other means of communication. Looking to split bills (cable, elec., water, gas, trash), which would avg. at $100 each. If you want to see pictures or feel like stopping by to see the place and get to know a little more about me. I've been remodeling the house, so almost everything is new. Fresh paint and carpet, with hardwoods throughout rest of house. Don't have to sign a lease...month to month is OK. Couples OK. I enjoy almost everything outdoors..specifically wakeboarding and lounging in the sun at my lakehouse. I like to read, go out every once in a while and play with my pup. I'm open minded and very flexible. What I am looking for in a roommate is someone who is clean, pays there bills on time and is respectful of my space, but enjoys hanging around the patio or living room every once in a while. Maybe cooking dinner, watching a movie, going to the park or lake or to do outdoor activities. I'm open to the idea of meeting new people and making new friends. I'm usually pretty busy and active but it would be nice to have someone to interact with besides my dog ;-)
