          yeah i've seen a lot of nasty latina hoochie mammas do that

                                      My guess is they're trying to shape them and they fuck up, so they just pluck them off completely thinking they'll grow back quickly. They don't.

                                      A friend of mine in high school shaved hers off and they didn't come back for 6 months.
