Server Matrix (
www.servermatrix.com) is pretty much unmatched. The only catch is, it's unmanaged -- you gotta setup your own shit when it comes to httpd/ftp/email etc. They have specials running all the time with no setup fees... I believe they have 3 of those right now. They are not resellers, it's just a division of the NOC theplanet.com.
All accounts are 1200gb transfer.
