Yes - there is confusion.
The confusion on - "Vaginal orgasm - is a lie!", is that about 1/3 of the population defines fucking as anything which the penis enters her.
However, that's slang, and unscientific.
The question is; what specifically - exactly what stimulation - provides both sexes an "orgasm".
I would GUESSTIMATE that only 5% of the adult male poplulation knows how the penetrate her, in a rythmic motion, which either by tissue movement caused by penis insertion - OR - by pelvic grinding; stimulates her clitoris-glans to orgasm from the common word "fucking".
