You may want to reexamine your affiliate program. A one time $7 payout for a $15 trial, $25 membership is considered very unattractive to most webmasters who are accustomed to receiving a minimum of 50% residual income or flat $20-$35 pay per signup commision.
Example: Typically a Google keyword costs $0.05 per click. At a $7 payout, your site needs to convert better than 1:140 just to break even.
Most webmasters would go broke.
Secondly, you offer two billing options. What happens to the commission if the surfer uses the secondary option? They lose out on the money.
