Switching servers isnt going to help anything really. Its not from your end they are coming from.
Read the headers of the email and find out where they are coming from originally , if they arent very clever you might be able to find them, but chances are they are using proxies and you will have a hard time tracking them down.

SexEducation owns HorseForums and HorseMail, he is actually trying to sell them for $5 Million dollars.
At the moment he uses them to blatantly lure children to his website which is so misguided it is not funny.
SexEducation is an accomplished liar and apart from having a completely deluded view of the world, poses a threat to the welfare of young people he has contact with.
He actively encourages young people to contact him via his email for "sexual advice", I would no more want a child to approach SexEducation for advice than I would want to see a child sleep in Michael Jacksons bed.
There are however moves afoot to deal with this person, slowly but surely things are closing in around him. Google have dumped his ass and are not indexing many of his sites anymore, approaches are being made to his ISP's to deal with his reprehensible behaviour.
