    New seasons started(sports) so I started with Krav maga

    It was kickass as always. Hopefully I will become very good in this:-)

    Also in september my soccer season starts. Damn Í'm getting to much exercises This way I never get the shape of the average webmaster

      krav maga? that's the martial art where you're trained to kill people or severly injure them in the easiest way?

          Well not exactly. It's based on your instict. What comes to mind first...Of course you have to train some aspects...And yeah you can injure them in the easiest way...And the level of injury is decoded by you...When someone for example comes with a knife, the injury will be worse, then when he just use his fists..

                      Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu = aimed at fighting on the ground.
