Terrorism works when its a constant state of fear, that occurs with a constant string of attacks failed and/or successful. But since 9/11 there havent been any. So its just more propaganda. I mean if they were this concerned about terrorism beforehand we wouldnt be in this situation in the first place, but why argue something thats obviously not meant for argument.
