Say they shave 50% or more.. then your better off getting the no shave option.. but there is more involved... what if the sponsor who shaves has a much higher converting site.. there is way too much to concider.

PPS is good if you need cash in a hurry, like for xmas, but you can't live off PPS... it's way too unreliable these days

Shaving is not only stealing money, it's also stealing affiliates from honest programs using inflated PPS payouts.
If a big battle starts because of the shaving issue, it will be the honest programs vs. the stealing ones.
Affiliate webmasters seem to have accepted the shaving concept as a standard long ago and don't seem to wanna do anything about it.
