They simply are testing the system before unleashing it to everyone at once, mary.
They dont want it to crash and burn like the first time.
Last night I was on for awhile and Howard was on and I posted in that thread, went to pee for about 2 minutes, came back and refreshed, and the thread was 2 more pages long!
In a half hour that thread went from 2 pages to 13 pages.

Just like everything else, you usually don't expect success till you try it and they had the balls to land the account and do it.
Instead of putting them down, maybe they should get props for landing such a big account.
