The second I decide to visit GFY every day, I turn off my sound. This is accomplished by finding the little dial on my speakers that says "volume" and turning it all the way to the left.

That's right,... this board IS business. As such, paid advertisers PAY to have their ads here. Advertisers usually choose what ads they want up, so your beef is with them, not Lensman. You fuckers will find something to whine about no matter what it is. I can't believe people are going to whine about banner spots. And don't you have to mouse OVER them to get the sound? About 10 people have told you that turning off their speakers isn't an option. I listen to music while I work. So your solution isn't a valid one for me or anyone else who's pointed it out to you. Do you even listen?
