Not all in one simple step , lets say the user has flash disabled , i dont really see how you can enable it for him/her . I dont think its possible to just blam enable all his settings , infact if he has jscript turned off you cant enable it from a box of any sort you have to do it manually.

You could just popup a message saying . "You must have the following components enabled to view this site properly"

Ok, and do you know how I make the message when is flash disable? Then j-avascipt and the sessions? How I'm able to test it?
