have you ever helped someone get started and today they forget you helped them at all? i can think of 4 people I have helped make big money and they call me a cheater and a scammer today

I'm through giving away free advice.
A wise man once told me people that want help bad enough will fork over the $$ for help. That moto has done me well. People ask me how to do free sites for link lists. I refuse to explain anymore. So now I just offer to build it for them for a fee.
Half of them shrug me off, the other half hound me to build their sites. Half of those hounds actualy send checks, the other half procrastinate for 2 months until I stop responding to their emails.
Now people bug me for SE tips, I may do optimizations but I'm no "expert" .. either way. no money in the world will pursuade me to fork over those tips as they are confidential from bigger clients, partners and such. Besides, I wanna keep everything to myself! It's a dog eat google world out there....
moral of story......
HELP NOBODY! .... unless it's just simple help and they want to pay for it
