Yes, the banner farm does provide that gif, however the rules clearly state that you must use the approved text along with whatever banner or picture you choose to link from.
It also states you cannot send traffic from 404 pages, password pages or non-adult pages.
Adult.com should sue your for libel. You cheated them, plain and simple. I'm taking down all my foxcounters and I urge everyone to do the same.

You should have requested permission to send the traffic to the AP gallery, which filters the traffic and still keeps a very hight CTR to the main paysite page.
Rule #1 in both adult n' mainstream industry:
if your sponsor cannot make money from your traffic, you as affilliate won't make money as well.

Did you even contact someone from Adult.com prior to sending them your traffic? You very well knew your traffic was coming from 5000 sites in which you could not possibly have editorial control over so you were sure to violate a term or two easily. You should have definitely contacted them prior to sending traffic and certainly been more flexible on the payouts when they tried to settle the debt with you for lower than was promised.

well like i always say... promote sites that pay % + recurring. Can't screw you there, well yeah they still can.. but i hear more and more problems with people getting ripped off from companies doing the ppc, flat rate/signup stuff.

Most people know if they want to advertise in their own way, you need to have it reviewed by the company you are promoting first.

I almost hate to say it, but I agree with the general census of this thread you broke at least 5 rules....not to mention plagerised someone else work to do it......and now you want to get paid? I agree this guy has broken a lot of rules, BUT in all faireness, I tried the amateur money program like 3 times, okay, in the beginning the mistakes were big, so no problem.
Second time, they said there was a text link missing under a banner, 1 banner out of 200, while a had a 4-5 star rating.
Third time: content illegal, one site had celeb pics, okay can understand that. Second one is a link site, they say also illegal, but nothing is said about it in their rules.
And this bothers me: I know big sites that advertise them and they don't seem to get canceled. Like http://www.freeones.com/ , which is a great site by the way, but they said to me that celebrity link sites are also illegal.
But what bothers me is that they should just send a standard mail, when you've been canceled, I mean keep letting people sending 4-5 star traffic for months, ain't exactly fair, since they still make money on it.Comment
