hmmm well so many designers these days to choose from. I don't know when I see a person charging something like $250-500 for a full paysite design i think, damn, just another kid working in his parents basement who doesn't even have 2 years experience as to what makes a paysite sell. 9 out of 10 times i am correct. If you have a good designer then great. What really makes me laugh is when someone gets a ripped off copy of Photoshop, makes his/her first banner automatically assumes they can work for $100/hour or less. Seems like there are more designers out there now then there are fish in the sea!
