I think it depends on where you are at and which Ferarri. In Miami a Ferarri 360 Modena is 1,999 a day and a Ferarri 355 Spyder is 1,049 a day. This website might help you http://www.autoboutiquerental.com

Some spots in NY have similar rates but they require you to rent the cars for about a 3-day minimum. Depends on the area and the shop if they let you rent it out for just a day.
When I was in high school my neighbor who was pretty good friends with my dad used to let me take his Testarossa convertible out on special occasions. It had no a/c and the radio was so so but man at 16 I thought I was the shit. I can remember it doing like 50mph in first gear lol..
My Senior year he was racing it for fun at a track near Disney in Florida and hit the wall did a few flips and totaled it out. He told me he would have sold what was left of it too me for 11k. That may as well been a million bucks than but now it would have been a neat little project maybe
I have a question. If you rent a car, like a Ferrari, and get all the insurance possible through them and then smashed the shit out of it, does your own insurance company get informed thus causing your rates to skyrocket?
Doesn't look like they rent Ferraris but this should give you a ballpark idea.
yeah they do, when I was down there renting a corvette. there was one there for rent. the darn vette was $279 a day + $.50 a mile, didn't ask about the Ferrari

of course. if you read the fine print, they bleed your insurance company dry before using their policy.

That is BS, always trying to screw the little guy.
So does that mean that once Johnny Noxville smashed that car up in the Jackass movie his insurance then skyrocketed? Or did he get around it someway? Like say if I have a full liscense but have never owned a car, thus having no car insurance.
with the exception of a few collectors models with NO MILAGE on them - they fall in value incredibly every year
I just talked to an old friend for the first time in several years, and he had bought a couple when Ferarri died expecting it to be a great investment.
They have dropped in value so much that he can not afford to sell them.

I just have bad luck in general so Id be scared in general.
Wear something with 3 8's. Chinese people believe that if you have jewelry that says 888 or something like that you'll be lucky. So.... 5000 years of belief can't be all wrong.
Better rent one once in a while if you can find it at resonable cost. Have fun and do not consider to buy one unless the purchased price is only a portion to what you annually make.
When you own such car you need to worry for many things that take away the fun part.
For a 360 or 360 spyder you are looking at 1k to 1500 a day. You can get older models for as low as $500. Several places in Las Vegas rent them. Would bet they are ragged out hard.
