    It's in South-central Ontario, about 2 hours northeast of Toronto, smack in the heart of good hunting, fishing, and boating. The price is actually $199k Canadian (not $209k). This is a lot of house/property for that price.

                                                          Not all, but mostly. Many Americans have relocated up that way because they have come to love the fishing and hunting etc and they owned cottages up there anyway.... so moving there wasn't a big leap.

                                                          HOWEVER, Canadians are generally very friendly, caring, generous and easy to get along with by nature. I'm getting the distinct feeling you dislike those qualities.

There are HUNDREDS of lakes with fantastic fishing up here, and the hunting is second to none, I've heard. Aside from that being one of the prettiest properties on that stretch of highway.
