Proof of IceCold not paying? There was a long thread on it a while back, with many webmasters saying they were either unpayed or their accounts were converted to % partners from pay-per-join without their knowledge, sometimes retroactively. I don't recall anyone saying they *hadn't* had a problem. Nobody from IceCold responded in the thread, so the other side of the issue wasn't presented, but it looks pretty tough to refute that they're having problems paying what people felt they were due.

Okay, webmasters are having problems getting paid what they feel they're owed. Whether IceCold is having problems paying them, I don't know, but it doesn't much matter from the webmaster perspective.

Probably I was one of the first victims of ICC and got treated with a negative attitude from the very first moment. I thought it was just a bad dealing, with no intention and finally got resolved.... but not. Anyway, I got my lesson.
