One of my customers is a penis pill manufacturer. I've asked him the same question. He says they won't kill you, they'll just give you a big hardon perhaps. Or maybe they'll do nothing at all. That's not really the point, though. The only thing that matters with these types of products is that they're a self-esteem booster. List out the top 5 or so ingredients and I will tell you why. I used to sell them to pharmacies for a guy that made them locally. He was making millions on pills before anyone considered selling them in bulk on the internet.
