Awfully strange since he has deleted his post, Thats actually kinda bad too . If you added it to your sig it would show up in every thread you were in , then if you took it off , it would stay in the thread

. So if you blazed a huge picture it would stay around forever

Yes it is , ill tell you 2 ways why, if you added that to your sig and then set the main page back into itself , it would reload over and over again, until you closed the window. Or you could redirect to a dif thread or basically use any of the commands available in gfy. Used with additional code you could take advantage of some current holes to run code or access files on target computer.
