Working on adding a feature to add into our new click software. I want to take people who charge back or do multiple refunds and spam them to death. Well I do not want to spam them, just want to see them spammed to death. I used to know some sites that if you try to join them, you will get 25+ emails a day.

With all the spam filters and what not these days, who really cares.. it would be alot funnier if you just send them ads to there mailbox at home.. send them flyers with chicks on it, and use some sleazy name for it.. and in bold put "YOUR REQUESTED PAMPHLET", im sure the wives would love it

Spam them = Filters would catch most of it and they probably use some type of free account specifically for signup. No good!
Share C/C with Russian carders = Carders join more sites under an affiliate friend or such and screws other webmaster. No good!
Spyware = Good idea, but to much work and easily removed/blocked once code footprint is found by the spyware killers. Return on investment is too small.
IP Blacklist = Proxies defeat this plus may block out honest customers visiting free sites. No good!
Mail postcards = Costs money, why waste more on these scammers. No Good!
Blacklist c/c with processors = This is already done, right? If a high number of chargebacks occur under one card.
Here is the solution we are waiting for! When the chargeback occurs the credit card number and other information is listed in a database linked to all processors then before they are allowed to use the credit card again they are directed to a page detailing instructions on how to get the card "unlisted" from the database like faxing copy of a "charge authorization" form or something. I have no idea just a brain fart!
