Damn, I really feel for you and your family for what you are facing - not to mention what your nephew is experiencing.
Knowing what you've personally gone thru in past years this really sucks. You are constantly in Mishi and My thoughts. I wish nothing but the best to your whole family and as soon as I figure out how I can help you can expect some support in more ways than posting on a board.
