This STUPID mother fucker is going to piss me off royally!!! How the fuck is he going to call my service and then charge it back???

Well, now he's going to be exploited!!!

No, it's not! I just spoke with the guy who does own the site. Tobin Banks works there and runs the office! So, the owner Dustin DID offer to cover the charges to resolve the situation amicably and said that most likely Tobin will be fired. Now..THAT is a good man!
