                                                                                                            once again i don't want money from you, if i didn't earn it than its meaningless to me(one of the reasons i can't see myself buying a lottery ticket). as far as inner city schools go, when the whites move out so does the money. text books are updated about every 2-3 years, if there isn't any money in a school system because it has moved then how is that equal education? there are plenty of schools around the city i grew up in that started off as white schools. all but one still look great but the quality of the education in those schools suck.

I think that is the problem a lot of people have with the way things are going. These days, young black men and women have plenty of opportunity. That is why there are some very educated and successful black people in this world. Most just have lazy ass parents who have not taught them how to apply themselves. It seems with each generation, it is improving though.
