why do u think China keeps their dollar down? why so that other countries can easily afford to buy their products and also so that locals can only afford to buy local products.
this works the same way to canada, as many of our exports go to the usa, as our dollar rises they will look elsewhere for similar imports.Comment

Americans are far from stupid. They do have culture, extremely high business sense and innumerable other positive things.
When it comes to politics you should consider various factors like what kind and how the news are served to citizens, what sort of filtering has been applied and so on. This goes for every country, but there's a big difference.
