No can do. He blacked out after he got punted and only snapped out of it when the girl started yelling "Stop hitting him!" I don't see any point to filing a report when he only has a charley horse in his leg, sore nuts and scraped knuckles. He feels awful about it.
I figure that the guy took that risk on though. When you walk up to somebody and attack them, you don't know if they're a psycho Navy Seal or just some computer geek, so he took his chances.
