    Two Bush opponents, taken out of the crowd in restraints by police, said they were told they couldn't be there because they were wearing shirts that said they opposed the president.


    Is that legal?

                  I read more about this article from someone who claims they were there and said these guys were being disruptive.

                  After re-reading yahoo's choice of wording... it does say that the people themselves were the ones who said why they were removed (and not the official police reason, which might have been 'disturbing the peace' or something like that)
