You fucked up by ASSUMING that Blacks can get a job over the "more qualified whitey"...How the fuck do YOU know who's more qualified in all of these jobs across the country? How many Human Resources offices have you worked in? How many times have YOU been in the position to hire or fire someone at a company? HOw the fuck can YOU assume that just because a person is black that he isn't as qualified as a white person who applies for a job?

Use common sense for a second. If I had a company and I had two equally qualified people. ONe black and one white. If I had the choice, I would pick the black one..Why? Because I'm black and I'm more comfortable with people who share the same culture and lifestyle as myself. I would want the person who I would be more likely to want to go to lunch with during lunch hour. I would be more likely to want the person who could understand my jokes and who told jokes that I actually thought was funny.

Back before porn I remember applying for jobs and the person who takes my application BLATENTLY looks at me with disdain and they don't even know who the fuck I am...And in reverse, I've been hired by black people in a position of power just because I was black and they liked me..And in almost every office, blacks sit around and talk about white folks and I'm sure that y'all do it too about us.

If I had a corporation, should I be FORCED to hire white people if I don't want to? No because it's MY company and I should do what the fuck I want with my own shit. White companies shouldn't be forced to hire blacks if they don't want to. But don't go flying off with the shit that blacks get jobs even if they're not qualified because that's pure bullshit. Whites try to find a reason to NOT hire a black person.

Hell, everybody gets along better with their own people...I would even hire a black person and train him/her before I would hire a white who was more qualified simply because I am partial to my own people and I like being around my own people more.

Any of you whites who say that racism in the workplace is dead is full of shit and blind as a bat...I've been to jobs where the managers spout all kinds of racist jokes and comments towards workers.
